Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong item

If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
Offer an appropriate alternative solution

In most cases, you will not be required to return the original item.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

Change of mind
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Personal preferences (e.g., content, format, or design)

Since all items are produced individually through our print-on-demand process, we are unable to restock returned items.

Shipping Scope

Our products are currently shipped within the United States. Returns are not accepted for orders outside of our supplier’s service coverage.
