Released in the UK three months after it's North American premiere, the public flocked to the cinemas in their thousands, sparking the Kung Fu revolution in Britain.

Made on a modest US $1m budget, Enter the Dragon has gone on to become one of the most profitable movies in history, having grossed an estimated US $400m as of 2023. It has become the defining film of it's genre and has attained such a level of importance that it was selected for preservation in the National Film Library in the United States.
