Our happiness, in the present moment, is really built on how we think and not how we feel. How we think is the foundation for what we call our feelings. Finishing Better not Bitter is a personal story of a young man who, through improper development and understanding, found himself dying socially, spiritually, and physically. The consequences of bad thinking and lack of knowledge contributed to the author becoming a man full of bitterness and destruction. However, sometime later, this man, in his quest for reconciliation, first found struggle and then victory.
