Do you love cozy mysteries? Do you love Halloween? Then this atmospheric Whales and Tails mystery set on magical Madrona Island is the perfect seasonal read.
Caitlin Hart and Tara are hosting a book club meeting at Coffee Cat Books the week before Halloween when a powerful storm rolls in off the water. As the wind howls and the rain pounds against the windows, the lights suddenly go out, plunging the store into darkness.
When the electricity is finally restored, the group makes a chilling discovery-one of the book club members is dead. With eleven others trapped in the store during the blackout, every single one of them becomes a suspect.
As tensions rise and secrets begin to surface, Cait must sort through the clues to uncover what really happened during those dark and stormy moments. In this fun yet heartfelt mystery, the emotional journey leads to a truth no one saw coming.
