Lorenzo Espada (aka Zo) is a self-taught chef who has a passion for cooking and bringing people together. Good food and good vibes are two of the finer things in life, he says, and that comes through in his extremely popular social media videos. Zo started cooking in college, selling hot plates to students and locals to make ends meet. Now, he makes cooking videos that are seen by millions. With cuisine ranging from seafood to soul food, he specializes in creating traditional classics with a twist.
