About this item
by Lisa D. Levey (Author)
"I just can't do any more!" Is work and life balance practical - even possible - for professionals and parents in the 21st century? The answer is a resounding yes. The Libra Solution provides a different approach to the work and life puzzle; one that is beneficial for women and men, organizations and families. Lisa Levey has spent nearly two decades consulting to many of the most admired organizations in the world on women's leadership, diversity, and the creation of work environments that support work-life balance. She is also a wife and mother, raising children in a dual-career marriage. Based on extensive research, insights from her consulting career, and her own very personal story, Levey provides an alternative work and life approach to the overwrought and overwhelmed "new normal" which defines modern life. She tackles working differently, parenting differently, and creating new gender norms in our workplaces and in our families. She provides inspiration and guidance - for individuals and organizations - in creating a more sustainable, productive and satisfying way to work and live in the 21st century.
